Students will learn and discuss the correct forms and procedures necessary to handle a backup offer and the process of the backup becoming and effective contract. Students will also learn how to position their clients for a backup position to win in real estate transactions effectively. New and experienced agents alike will gain a deeper understanding of how to win with backup offers to effectively represent and reduce liability.

Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
