• We Prefer Practicing Instructors:  We prefer to have instructors who are actively practicing in the marketplace.  If an instructor has actively practiced less than 10 year or it’s been 10 years since they represented a client (someone other than themselves) then you will not find them under our banner.  Anyone can stand in front of a group of people and thumb through some papers but the real magic happens when practical experience truly exists.  Attorneys need to teach attorneys, title people need to teach title people, and real estate agents and brokers need to teach real estate agents and brokers.  When this does not happen, you have a disconnect between what the material says and how to apply it to the audience.  And, in our case that is real estate brokers and agents.
