In this course, students will increase their contract competency and learn common contract pitfalls worth avoiding resulting from mistakes made when writing a real estate contract. Students will discuss these contract pitfalls and learn how to avoid these issues in the contract to better represent their client.

Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time.
