LOTS to take in about creating a CMA and helping price homes correctly. My knowledge has definitely increased! I might even need to take this class again just so I can put some real world perspective between now and then to help gauge my understanding of the material. Robbie English is great! He is a true professional with an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate. I look forward to taking a class with him again in the future.
