In this course, real estate licensees will obtain an in-depth analysis of each section of a listing agreement. Licensees will gain significant knowledge of the of the documents and agreements used during a listing presentation as well as discussing strategies to consider when establishing relationships with today’s sellers. New and experienced agents alike will gain a deeper understanding of working with sellers and establishing listing to effectively represent their clients in an effort to further reduce brokerage liability.

We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
