Completing your TREC-required 18 hours of continuing education might be enough to keep your license active, but let’s be real—that shouldn’t be your goal. If you’re aiming to stand out, serve your clients better, and grow a sustainable, thriving real estate business, the bare minimum won’t cut it. That’s where Texas Real Estate Education comes in—and where TREC renewal-focused classes shift from being a requirement to a serious career investment. Yes, you need those 18 hours. But what you really need is competence, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the business. That doesn’t come from passively watching generic videos or clicking through slide decks taught by instructors who haven’t sold a house in years. You deserve more than that. In fact, your business depends on it.
At Texas Real Estate Education, we believe that what you learn matters just as much as who you learn it from.

Why “TREC Renewal-Focused Classes” Should Mean More Than Compliance
Let’s unpack the phrase for a moment. TREC renewal-focused classes are designed to satisfy the Texas Real Estate Commission’s continuing education requirements. But focusing solely on checking the “completed” box misses the point.
You’re in a dynamic market. Rules shift. Contracts change. Technology evolves. Client expectations aren’t what they used to be. So why would you rely on outdated or irrelevant training?
At Texas Real Estate Education, we design our TREC renewal-focused classes not just to satisfy the state—but to satisfy you. You’re an active agent or broker navigating the real-world chaos of showings, negotiations, inspections, and closings. Your education should speak that same language.
Taught by Real Brokers Working in Your Real Market
One thing that makes Texas Real Estate Education truly stand out is this: our instructors are not retired or removed from the daily grind—they’re in it with you.
Every class is taught by an active, licensed broker. Someone who negotiated a multiple-offer situation this week. Someone who had to explain an appraisal waiver to a nervous buyer yesterday. Someone who can teach from a place of current, practical experience—not outdated theory.
And that matters.
There’s a huge difference between learning contracts from someone who still writes them… versus someone who hasn’t been in a deal in a decade.
Why Competent Instructors Matter
If you’re going to spend your time in a classroom (virtual or otherwise), make it count. Competency isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the baseline for becoming trusted in this business.
Think about it. When you’re explaining the nuances of a financing contingency or helping your client interpret title commitment documents, do you want to fumble or lead with confidence?
The right education sharpens your edge.
Texas Real Estate Education delivers that edge by using competent, working professionals—not just certified educators. The result? Real instruction. Real scenarios. Real answers. Not hypotheticals, not theory. Reality.
And when you’re out there in the field, that real knowledge shows.
We Don’t Just Prepare You to Pass. We Prepare You to Perform.
Here’s the difference between us and the average CE provider: most just want you to get through the class. We want you to grow from it.
It’s not about reading slides or regurgitating state rules. It’s about breaking down how those rules affect your business—and how to apply them correctly. It’s about translating education into action. About asking better questions, guiding your clients smarter, and representing them with integrity and precision.
That’s where Texas Real Estate Education raises the bar.
Choose a Broadcast School That’s Been Leading the Way
We aren’t just another real estate school. We’re Texas’s original broadcast real estate education provider. That means we’ve been doing this longer, better, and with more intentionality than most.
We were pioneers in bringing meaningful, instructor-led learning to agents across the state. And we haven’t stopped improving the process. Our virtual classrooms aren’t boring webinars or faceless voiceovers. They’re interactive, practical, and taught by professionals you’d want as colleagues—not just teachers.
There’s a reason agents come back again and again for their renewal courses with us. The difference is clear the moment class begins.
Meet Robbie English – An Educator with Real Influence
One of the leading forces behind our instruction is Robbie English—an award-winning national real estate speaker and instructor. Robbie doesn’t just teach real estate. He lives it.
Across the country, agents seek out his courses to gain deeper insights into the real world of real estate. His energy, expertise, and command of the subject matter make him a standout instructor—whether he’s explaining a new legislative update or helping you craft a smarter pricing strategy.
His involvement is just one more reason Texas Real Estate Education continues to stand out in a crowded field.
Why 18 Hours Shouldn’t Be Your Goal
Sure, the state says 18 hours. That’s your legal minimum. But if you’re looking to build a sustainable, long-term business that consistently delivers results for your clients, that minimum is exactly what it sounds like—the least you can do.
Imagine the advantage of going deeper. Taking classes that challenge you, that stretch your thinking, that prepare you for what’s next in the market—not just what’s required today.
If you’re still treating CE like a nuisance to check off once every two years, you’re missing the real value.
Invest in Yourself with Intention
Your time is precious. Your reputation is everything. And your success depends largely on your knowledge and how you apply it.
By choosing TREC renewal-focused classes with Texas Real Estate Education, you’re choosing to invest in yourself like a pro.
No fluff. No filler. Just sharp, relevant instruction delivered by those who walk the walk, every day, in the same market where you’re working.
The question isn’t if you’ll take CE—TREC requires that. The question is: will it be worth your time?
We think the answer should be a clear yes.
Ready to Get Started?
If you’re ready to experience the difference of real-world education—led by real agents—then make your next renewal count. Choose Texas Real Estate Education. Choose classes that don’t just fill hours, but fill your head with better tools, strategies, and insights.
And remember, TREC renewal-focused classes are not just about keeping your license—they’re about keeping your edge.
Let’s go beyond the minimum. Let’s make your next renewal the most valuable 18 hours you’ve ever invested in your career.
Because the best agents don’t stop learning—and neither should you.
